Filed a claim via cedr for comp due to our flight taking off late from LHR to Miami and landing 3hr 4 mins late due to one of the pilots being sick so they had to source an alternate hence the delay from LHR
Filed a dispute with CEDR for the first time , deadline date for airline to respond was Thursday 8th , not heard anything and checking portal just says airline to respond by the 8th
What will happen now ?
BA may have applied for extra time, wait and see if you get an e-mail early next week.
