BA On Business – any news?

Any ideas on when BA on business might be available again.
While the point s expiry is extended to end of year, you would expect accounts and website issues to be resolved by now.

I do not want to spend much time on phone with BA if I could check the availability online

No idea. Some people are questioning, based on BA call centre comments, whether BA actually has the data or if has somehow been wiped ….

Can we actually book tickets over the phone? I have the last statement email with the total number. Of course, I’ve taken several trips after that which are probably never going to be credited.

@meta I’ve called and was told no problem to book, but not possible to have miles credited for flights made. My existing On Business booking is still showing in the BA app so I’m sure that’s going to be OK. I’m also thinking it’s going to be my final On Business redemption — the scheme is surely dead, BA just haven’t got round to telling users how, why, or what if anything replaces it.

Called BA On Busiess and while the platform is not up and running CS Team seems to be confident that it will be up and running “soon”.
Saying at the moment the point expiry is only until end of 2023.
Anyone got any other news if it will be extended again beyond December 2023?

I conversed online with AMEX regarding their Accelerating Business Credit Card which accrues both Avios and OnBusiness points. For the last three weeks the Avios have stopped posting automatically to my BA account, and for the last four months I may have accrued OnBusiness points, but have no way of checking whether they have posted as the BA site has been down.

AMEX were totally unhelpful, basically blaming BA. BA can’t help either, as you know. What a FARCE!
