How can I book a premium outbound and club world inbound using the barclaycard ‘upgrade’ voucher? It seems the BA site will only let you select both ways under one class. Will I need to call up book it? If so will I incur a charge?

Yes, you can mix classes if you call up. I have done this recently. They did not charge me as it can’t be done online.

Thanks. Is it possible to figure out the total avios and fees before calling up? if I try to show as 2 one way, it won’t let me as for the inbound leg it won’t show options due to the flight not starting in the UK.
I imagine if you do a dummy booking with no voucher and do the same route on same dates searching for PE out and Biz in then that will give you the tax element, then if you change to Economy and PE that will show you the Avios element? Probably not possible to see both on the same screen.
It will be the difference in avios for each cabin, plus the fees for each of the higher cabins. You don’t say where you’re going, which will dictate the relevant numbers.
