    Keep getting such error when transferring MR to Virgin.

    Is there a known issue for doing that first time? Thanks

    I’ve had issues whenever I try to add an Amex partner online (Virgin, Marriott and Emirates), but if you use chat, they can manually add them.

    Once done, have been able to immediately make the transfer. In fact, I made a redemption on Saudia this week using Virgin points, and once they confirmed availability on my dates, I made the transfer whilst on the phone, and the agent kindly waited on the line, and then made the booking for me.
