Forums Hotel loyalty schemes Hilton Honors Hilton for Business

So I thought I might as well sign up for this, but I fail to see much benefit, the business is really just me and I normally book business stays as an individual. SO I went through the process and looked at Hilton Wembley for later this month – £110 on the Hilton for Business code, and £96 with no code.
I presume the stay and night credit will just come to my personal account anyway? I am already Diamond.
    What’s the point?

    This is the point:

As night credits roll over, it may make your life easier as a Diamond for the coming years.

Isn’t there also a 7,500 point sign-up bonus, plus 5,000 points for every 10 nights stayed on the business rate?

    Benefits:

*7500 points for your first stay
*500 points for every subsequent stay (paid when you hit 5,000)
*2% off the flexible rate (zero benefit if you book non-refundable rates)
*double elite night credits in 2024 on EVERY stay, cash or reward, irrespective of whether you use the H4B rate

…. all for a total annual membership fee for Hilton for Business of £0.

    Sounds good to me.

Okay, so it’s NOT possible to book advance payment rate when going through the HforB screen?

+ EVERY stay means, business or pleasure stays during their 2024 deal.

I’d booked 10 night pleasure stay over the past summer, even before signing up for Hilton business.
At the end, I’ve got 20 status nights, which was sweet.

No, I think the view is that business travellers aren’t interested in non-refundable rates.
