Can’t find an answer to this.

Can I invite a friend for a platinum card if I don’t have one? (I have BAPP).

If I use the invite from the BAPP and they get a plat card do I get a referral?

Yes you can and yes you do. Although there have been a few reports of people unable to do this so I can’t promise.

You can check yourself by clicking on your own referral link and seeing if there is an option (top left I seem to remember) to see all Amex cards.

Don’t apply using your own link though!

Ok so I created a link and sent or myself as a test, it brought up the BAPP card but if I scroll down it states:

Click below to find the right Card for you. Your friend can receive a referral bonus if you are approved for any of the Cards with a referral offer.

So I guess if they select platinum the. I should get a referral.
