Hi, after 2 biz days, finally BAEC has added the tier points from a recent flight under the recent transactions tab in app. However they have not added it to the accumulative tier points (it stayed at 1245). I remember it very well, as the recent flights have 300 tier points and I am waiting for that to be upgraded to gold. Maybe just another issue with the dated BA IT system, just need to wait for another day or two for them to sync? Thanks.
You need to wait another couple of days.
This is just now the system works and isn’t an IT problem!
You’ll also likely need to log off and on again to force a refresh.
