Discuss today's stories:
I’m looking to book a Virgin flight booked for end-August. Don’t currently have any status with Virgin.
I’ve got BA Gold status, but this expires early-August. I won’t be retaining Gold, will be dropping to Silver.
Will Virgin still give me a status match, as the Virgin flight I’ve booked to quality for the SM, is after the end of my BA membership year? But I will be booking the flight and applying for the SM now, while still in the Gold membership year.
Yes, I have a match pending in May from the recent promo but my BA silver expires in April.
