Attractive £1,328 Qatar Airways business class flight deal to Hong Kong

Qatar Airways has brought back its attractive deal from Stockholm to Hong Kong.   It prices up at 15,655 SEK (£1,328).

The best availability at this price is from February 2020 although it can be found at other times.

If you are looking for our Qatar Airways flights reviews:

Boeing 777-300ER – this will either have the older 2-2-2 seating I reviewed here or will be a refurbished one with the amazing new Qsuite (reviewed here and pictured above)

A350-900 / Boeing 787 –  you usually get the herringbone seat which I reviewed here which is very impressive.  Qatar has a special website showing off this seat which you’ll find here.  I believe that the most recent A350 deliveries have the holy grail of Qsuite.

A380 – this is the herringbone seat (as on the 787) which I reviewed here, it is not Qsuite but has a great bar

Here is a page on the website showcasing Qsuite.  It really is an excellent product.  The business class seat used on the A380 and Boeing 787 fleet is highlighted on the Qatar website here.

This is a great trip for British Airways tier points.  You will earn 560 tier points which is 90% of an Executive Club Silver card.  This is because you earn per leg and, with a plane change in Doha, you are doing 4 x 140 tier point flights return.  Remember, of course, that you cannot earn a Silver card purely from partner flights – you also need to take four BA one-way cash flights, although these can be cheap economy UK domestics if necessary.

If you don’t have a credit card with 0% foreign exchange fees, your best option for paying is American Express Preferred Rewards Gold which offers triple points – 3 per £1 – when you book flight tickets in a foreign currency.  This is because the transaction triggers the ‘double points for airline spend’ and the ‘double points for foreign spend’ bonuses.

There may be other Stockholm deals out there so it might be worth having a play over at the Qatar Airways website.
