Hotel promotions

Here are registration links for the current hotel promotions from the major chains:

Hilton Honors – double base points on stays between 7th September and 31st December – register here

Marriott Bonvoy – 1,500 bonus points on all stays from 14th September to 12th December – register here

Radisson Rewards – earn 1,000 bonus points per night up to 30th September. You must register before booking. Register here.

IHG and Accor are not currently running global promotions, although IHG has a new offer running from 1st October.

Sunday 19th September

Last day for a 25% bonus converting HSBC Premier points to Avios

Thursday 23rd September

Last day to book a hotel via Hotels.com and get an extra reward stamp (stay by 30th April)

Saturday 25th September

Last day for a 45%-50% bonus when you buy Marriott Bonvoy points – buy here

Monday 27th September

Last day to convert BPme Rewards to Avios to qualify for the 50 Avios transfer bonus

Last day to convert Nectar points to Avios to earn the ‘first time transfer’ bonus

Thursday 30th September

Last day to get £50 cashback on £200 of spend at selected IHG hotels with American Express

Last day for stays to count towards Radisson’s ‘1,000 bonus points per night’ promotion

Last day to earn 1,000 bonus Avios on your IHG hotel stays

Last to day to earn 21,000 Marriott Bonvoy points with a Homes & Villas by Marriott rental

Last day to get a 100% bonus buying Hilton Honors points – buy here

Friday 1st October

First day for IHG stays to count for the new double and triple points promotion – register here

First day for spend to count towards the new American Express Gold and Platinum bonus points promotion

Monday 4th October

The new UK travel rules begin, including no ‘Fit To Fly’ tests for the fully vaccinated and the abolition of the Green and Amber lists

I have a club world BA hol that was booked about 2 days before the double tier points offer for Nov travel. Do you know if I will get the double tier points or was I too early booking? Thanks

Rob’s own page on the BA Holdays Double Tier Points promo says the booking deadline was extended through to 22nd March and so is clearly not “about to close”. Whoever (auto-)compiles these reminders isn’t checking for any updated Ts &Cs beforehand. Sloppy.

@Ron, per the offer page on BA’s website, existing holiday bookings DO count for the Double Tier Points offer.
