Priority Pass adds a spa experience at Heathrow Terminal 5

Links on Head for Points may support the site by paying a commission.  See here for all partner links.

The first Priority Pass ‘spa experience’ at Heathrow has appeared – and it’s in the British Airways terminal, Terminal 5.

The snag is that you CANNOT access this with a Priority Pass issued by American Express.

You CAN access it with a Priority Pass issued by any other financial institution, or one you have bought directly. LoungeKey, issued with HSBC World Elite credit cards, is also OK.

Be Relax Spa Heathrow Airport Priority Pass

What can you get?

The experience is at the Be Relax Spa. There are two of these – one by Gate A8 in the main Terminal 5 (this is a pop-up with no privacy) and one by Gate B35 in the first satellite, pictured above.

Swipe your non-Amex Priority Pass or LoungeKey card and you will receive your choice of:

  • Be Back 15-minute Massage
  • Be Back 30-minute Massage
  • Polish Change plus Hand Massage
  • Be Feet on lounger 10-minute

The spa is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 7pm Friday to Sunday. You cannot pre-book treatments.

You can find out more on the Priority Pass website here.

PS. Remember that there is also a restaurant option for non-Amex issued Priority Pass and LoungeKey cards in Terminal 5 now. See this HfP article.

Has anyone had tickets dropped into their inbox yet?

    • WaynedP says:

      Yes, mine arrived at 12.04

    • Jan says:

2 tickets added to basket, paid for and available immediately, no issues at all. We use Eventbrite all the time for gigs and it works well. We’re nearly 70, retired and very ‘techphobic’ so if we can do it…🤣

  • AlanC says:

    Priority Pass.
It’s started. Plaza Premium Edinburgh just now. Signs up. No walk ups. Biz Class tickets. and pre bookings only!!

  • addy says:

how come it doesn’t let me post a message on the forum? do they get vetted first?

  • Gordon says:

This spa addition has arrived just in time for the wave of security strikes that is going to affect LHR T3 & T5 for 31 days between 24 June and 27 August. So I guess this will help pass some of the time amongst the chaos, I am just glad I’m not traveling over this period….

  • BlueThroughCrimp says:

Take it there’ll be somewhere to stash a small bag?

  • Nick says:

Good grief! I can’t believe the issues that some people, in today’s society have, over an annual party, and the ticketing!

Just be grateful for an amazing site, and an amazing team!

    • Skywalker says:

+1 Nick – a lot of FOMO going on here

      • idrive says:

I will express my personal opinion here, hoping to give more colour – this is my last comment on the topic related to the ticketing: provided that I have been on HFP for almost 10 years now, met Rob and the team several times and I am immensely grateful for all the good work etc, my perspective is still that is it unacceptable that an online platform, whose only job is to provide ticketing- and charging for the service (we users or the Event organizer , see it as you want it) is failing the users several times in a row in different ways.
In my mind, this is bad for HFP’s brand image – We all agree HFP is not responsible for the technical failure (just for the choice of ticket release times) Still HFP is a client in this process as well and have the right to get their readers feel they are fairly treated during the purchase of a ticket for their event-which a sponsor paid for.
I am personally just disappointed for these reasons: I just wanted to be there, as I have been to the parties before and enjoyed them and wasted my time yesterday and today.
If i can’t get a ticket in waiting list or else, I will happily live my life and wish all those ones that got a ticket to enjoy the party.

    • jan shaw says:

Absolutely! Some lucky this year, others next. That’s how it should be. It’s the info that matters; the get together is a bonus.

  • Dr Tom says:

Like others, I had a ticket in my basket on four separate occasions, “paid” with PayPal, but then the system came up with an error. Nothing that can be done, I know, I expect it was just the people who completed the checkout process the quickest. I hope that everyone who did get a ticket enjoys the event. They’ve always been a lot of fun in the past.

    • richard.harnden@btconnect.com says:

I’m late to reply but I’d be very happy to reimburse you for one of your tickets if you find that you are unable to go. Thanks.

      • Lady London says:

*THERE IS A SEPARATE THREAD ON THE FORUM FOR THAT*

  • Tom says:

I managed to get 2 tickets but we are only 50/50 on whether we will be able to go. If any regular posters are on the waiting list reply here and I will try and get your attention if it turns out we can’t and you can have them.

    • Ryan says:

I’m keen, and usually keep an eye on the daily forums. Whether I count as a ‘regular poster’ or not is down to your judgement! Although I do try and contribute where I think it is valuable

      • phantomchickenz says:

Adding my usual ‘stage name’ for reference

    • idrive says:

on the waiting list, obviously:-) thank you for the kind offer

    • Marlene says:

Me please, I would really love to go 🙂
I am starting a little travel photography business and really wanted to network.
