Curve Legacy Black Card – Curve Rewards Cashback

I have the above card. It seems, from the ‘Rewards’ section in the app, that Curve have quietly reduced the cashback amounts.
Legacy Black previously has 3% at places like Argos & M&d. It now shows Argos as 2.6%. M&S is not listed, but a test purchase shows I’m being credited 1.875%.

I’d also noticed the legacy black rewards had disappeared and only the in-app opt in / always live offers were visible. I posted on the curve forum, the only response (not from curve, but from a card user) was yes, the app list is the only one now, so the FAQ is outdated.
