yes
Very disappointing first purchase experience with HN online. Not only am I still waiting for my Amex Plat credit to show on my card statement from an order on 28th June, I’ve just returned from a trip across town specially to collect my order from the Knightsbridge store, only to return home, open up the excessive cardboard box and bubble wrap packaging to find that they have given me the wrong product and in the wrong colour to boot. So annoying! I ordered some grey Le Creuset pasta bowls and they’ve sent me the blue cereal bowls. I know this is first world problems but when it’s an hour of your life you won’t get back after a long day at work it’s frustrating. Hopefully customer service can sort out for me on the phone tomorrow. Starting to wish I’d never bothered trying to make use of this £50 credit 😂

Similaely my card was charged on 28 June, and still sitting there pending as not all collect from store items in my order are ready. Meaning the charge won’t be eligible for the Jan-June credit. And I can’t return under distance selling laws (whatever replaced the Distance Selling Regs; forget the name) because my order includea food items. 🙄
Still waiting for cashback to land from use of top floor restaurant.
The £50 should have posted now but looks like I may need to chase customer service. Not sure using contactless made any difference or not.
I do have the receipt still just in case.My instore transaction from 17th June only just got credited today.
Ordered a selection of beers from Harvey Nicks. Beers arrived within a few days as did the Amex credit.
Credit came as HARVEY NICHOLS ON-LINE – does it come as in store for transaction at physical stores?
Can someone confirm?

I complained to HN CS last year and got £20 voucher to use on next order. They shouldn’t be selling stuff they don’t have in stock for immediate dispatch or indicate the timeframe for delivery on the item page not after payment.
I had a pending 30 June, which turned into a charged 30 June, and had it confirmed by
chat yesterday that this “will definitely trigger the offer for the first half of the year”,
although…it may take up to 150 days to show!I have the 100% £50 voucher saved but another voucher for spend £200 save £20 came onto my account today.
Are these stackable? And if not, if I spend £200 which offer would they use first?

Yes.
Has anyone please found a definitive answer to the question posed by the Amex Ts&Cs for this offer that state “Department store concessions are not included in the benefit” regarding what actually counts as a concession, especially when purchasing online? Is it, for example, items that are shipped directly by the producer of the goods and not by HN? I only received my plat card a few days before the end of June voucher expiry and ordered some bowls from Le Creueset, which I was subsequently informed would be dispatched by Le Creuset and not HN. The transaction was pending for several days so in a bid to not lose the pre-July £50 credit I went in store in Knightsbridge and bought some gin. My June credit did subsequently trigger but I’m still not sure whether it was attributed to the online Le Creuset order or the in-store gin order! Now looking to use the pre-January credit but want to make sure I make an eligible purchase. May just go for a drink at the OXO tower to save the hassle!

Sounds like going to store isn’t too much of a chore? If so I’d go in and get a £50 gift card. Then if you buy anything online, pay with any card and then you email them to apply the gist card to the purchase. Usually sorts itself out within a week
@rams thanks, I didn’t realise there was a way to get around the issue of not being able to use gift cards on online purchases!
Has anyone used their credit in either Madhu’s or Lucarelli? I believe they are both on the 5th floor in Knightsbridge? I’ve seen the below in the main articles but not sure if Madhu’s 2 Go is some offering within the food court that is entirely different to the Brasserie.
The Oxo Tower restaurant in London is also included in the deal as is Zelman Meats, Burger & Lobster and Madhu’s 2 Go in the Knightsbridge store. All Harvey Nichols-branded restaurants are included.

They are all separate eateries on the 5th floor as we were there yesterday, we had the £30 winter menu was definitely worth it at the 5th floor cafe/brassiere.
If you do want to do the £30 winter dining offer is a code from another site hot dinners which meant we got 20% off the entire bill, so £92 for three of us plus the £50 credit so not a bad deal.

Thanks. We’re also considering the Winter Menu at either the 5th Floor Cafe/Terrace in Knightsbridge or at the Oxo Tower but am a bit more tempted by some Indian or Italian. Just not 100% sure if it’ll be covered by the Platinum Credit. I’m assuming it would given B&L is explicitly listed above.
I went to HN on Saturday and had a nice lunch in Zelman Meats. Credit hit my account 2 days later. All very good. Nice extra perk for Platinum that helps make the most of the fee.
Speaking of HN, there was an offer of spending £250 and getting £25 off on my Gold card. I’ve upgraded to Platinum and I think I should be able to use that offer and also the Platinum card’s offer for £75 off in total?
Was about to buy a jacket and HN seem to have it.
I have figured out that Madhu’s 2 Go rebranded itself as Madhu’s Brasserie so I’m going to assume it will trigger the Cashback and AMEX just haven’t updated the offer T&Cs.
Just went to place an order, and the 10% off wine doesn’t seem to be working even though it’s on my account. Any ideas?

If you can still see the £25 offer saved to your plat, it’ll stack.

mefIt only applies to own brand stuff.
