    TBS airport is missing

    SteveCroydon 87 posts

SYD – Sydney, Australia is missing from the “to” list.
SYD in the “from” list only offers SIN as a “to” destination, what about London?
The “to” list is in a totally jumbled order.
It really needs to support city codes in addition to specific airport codes, ie – LON, NYC, PAR(is), etc. The merged results should be presented in departure time order.
When changing the “from” airport it shouldn’t clear the “to” airport.
    It’s getting there!

I’m guessing Sydney is tricky because of the split flight?

    Alex G 546 posts

@strickers you can search each segment separately.

Quite a lot of availability between SIN and SYD. Not so much between LHR and SIN.

Thanks Alex, picked that up after I posted. Keep up the good work.

Ditto to what Strickers says, thanks for doing this.

Sorry @charlie where is the privacy notice? I can’t see this on the landing/home page.
I’m not a compliance expert, but I think you need to be able to see what your privacy terms/whether you share my data with third parties etc before I give you my email

@Charlie – really nice touch with the boarding pass login email, but I noticed you were using BA and oneworld logos (it gives it a ‘real feel’ 🙂 ) but I just wondered if you had permission for logo usage?

@Charlie it’s coming along well. Looks great. Does the sign-in feature work? I’ve tried a few weeks ago (no email received) and again just now.

Ignore this, found them in junk!

However, Norton Antivirus isn’t happy about something. Got a “Heuristic Virus Blocked” alert while browsing.

This is an astonishingly good tool. I will pay for it gladly over the seatspy shambles at the point where that’s necessary.

Great work @Charlie, it’s really coming on. It would be great if you could make the colours for the different travel classes bolder, as at first glance it’s not very easy to distinguish between them. Don’t know if you can change it so it’s a filled colour with white text?

I had a look at this after midnight last night. It seemed to update the availability very quickly, but showed missing seats on some routes which in reality existed. Might be a bug worth looking at.

I’ll post an example later when at my PC

I’ve just booked flights using this tool. Have to say it’s head and shoulders above anything else when it comes to finding reward seat availability for a family during busy periods! Thanks

Nice work @Charlie. Had a quick play around just now.

Here’s some suggestions, some probably a lot trickier to implement than others.

    – Add passenger input list (e.g. adult = 2, young adults = 0, children = 2, infants = 0).

    – Pass the passenger list through the “Book” button’s API/URL (e.g. &NumberOfAdults=1&NumberOfYoungAdults=0&NumberOfChildren=2&NumberOfInfants=0) so I go straight to BA with what I need and not have to edit the search on BA. (Though, if I need to use a voucher (241/upgrade) might need to do that anyway.)

    – Use passenger list for the live pricing and availability.

    – Highlight the entire cell some colour (e.g. light blue) so it’s even easier to spot the days with availability. Alternatively, grey out the dates with no availability (or insufficient availability if using passenger list).

    – Search by airport name (“Gatwick”, “Haneda” etc.)

    – Option to filter/show only specific months or date ranges, so you don’t need to scroll all the way down if you’re only interested in specific dates (e.g. school holidays).

I would be happy to pay for a watch/alert service.

Hi @Charlie , just a note. At work we have a system to “sandbox” some websites (Zscaler). Yours get caught by this which makes it look “fishy” to some. Maybe it is a matter of making sure you respect some rules for the system not to pick you up.
