Stopover rules reward flight BA

Quick question, is one allowed to stopover/break your trip for say 48hrs on a Qatar reward flight booked through BA from, in this instance, Seychelles – Doha- London? So as to have a couple of nights in Doha on way home.

Any longer than 24 hours in Doha would mean being charged for two separate redemptions, Seychelles – Doha and then Doha – London.
