Radisson Rewards, the Radisson Blu / Radisson RED / Park Inn / Park Plaza hotel group, is still running its promotion to encourage you to book with its mobile app.

You will earn 3,000 bonus Radisson Rewards points for the first cash stay of 2+ nights that you book via the Radisson Rewards app.

It is valid for any paid stay at Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Radisson, Park Plaza, Park Inn and Country Inns & Suites hotel in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa.

Radisson Rewards app booking bonus

The Americas are not included following the sale of those Radisson hotels to Choice and their integration into Choice Privileges.

Following the massive devaluation of Radisson Rewards in 2022, I now value a Radisson Rewards point at around 0.15p.

This means that the bonus points are worth £4.50 which isn’t a massive return unless you are booking a cheap 2+ night Park Inn stay.

Full details of the offer are here.

There’s a better reason to book via the app

If £4.50 of bonus points isn’t enough to encourage you to download the app, here is a better reason.

Radisson is now offering cheaper room rates via the app.

We covered it in this article here. Frankly, if you’re booking a Radisson property and not using the app then you’re throwing money down the drain.

If you want to learn more about how Radisson Rewards works, have a look at our review.

There is no deadline published for the 3,000 bonus points offer, but this promotion has been running for years now. If the offer still shows when you click through then you should assume it is still running.

How to earn Radisson Rewards points and status from UK credit cards

How to earn Radisson Rewards points and status from UK credit cards (February 2025)

Radisson Rewards does not have a dedicated UK credit card. However, you can earn Radisson Rewards points by converting Membership Rewards points earned from selected UK American Express cards.

These cards earn Membership Rewards points:

Membership Rewards points convert at 1:3 into Radisson Rewards points which is a very attractive rate.  The cards above all earn 1 Membership Rewards point per £1 spent on your card, which converts to 3 Radisson Rewards points.

Even better, holders of The Platinum Card receive free Radisson Rewards Premium status for as long as they hold the card.  It also comes with Hilton Honors Gold, Marriott Bonvoy Gold and MeliaRewards Gold status.

We reviewed American Express Platinum in detail here. You can apply here.

Got a small business?

Great. Cancelled and rebooked, saved 1000NOK on top of potential bonus points. Not too bad.

  • SBIre says:

I never say never but it will need to be a lot more of an incentive to get me back into a Radisson if there are any other suitable options available

  • Martin Tennant says:

With you @SBire, holding my nose for one final stay early next year to burn all my remaining points then I will retire my radisson membership for good and say goodbye to a programme in which I was top tier for nearly ten years. Loyalty evaporated overnight when they devalued

  • Track says:

    Radisson redemption got trashed.

I can’t even see the rooms for points, or points+cash — on a wide set of searches (hotel locations, dates).
